The price per night includes breakfast, use of the fitness area, tourist tax, VAT, cleaning fee.
Use of SPA and Jacuzzi for a fee, working hours of Sauna and Steam Bath 17.00-19.00 or on request.
The accommodation of children up to 3 years of age on extra bed bed is free.
Accommodation for children from 4 to 7 years old on extra bed is 20 levs. for the night for the respective period.
Price for more than three days full or half board negotiable.
Dogs are allowed – price 10 leva (only with vaccination and house-trained. Dogs are not allowed in the bed or bathroom. A place to wash the dogs is provided. Please bring your own dog blanket)

- Check-in from 15:00, Check-out until 11:00 (also possible sooner or later if the opportunity arises)
- Breakfast from 08:00 till 10:00
- Opening hours of the restaurant – from 08.00 – 10.00 o´clock and from 18.00 till 23.00 o´clock. Last orders from the kitchen – by 9:30 p.m. or on request.

- Requests received by email are not considered reservations. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the reservation if rooms are available.
- Advance payment amounting to the price for the first night, payment of balance to be effected on arrival
- Checking account for deposits and other types of payment information by phone or email.
- Advance payment has to be effected not later than 10 days prior to arrival.
- The advance payment includes the price for the first night. If you book accommodation for one night only, the advance payment amounts to 50 % of the room rate.
- Advance payments for bookings over public holidays and school holidays amount to 50 % of the cost for the whole booking period.
- For bookings made less than 10 days prior to arrival (calculated from the day of request) the advance payment has to be effected within 2 days.
- If the advance payment is not effected within the required period of time, your reservation might be cancelled.
- Bookings may be cancelled free of charge until 14 days prior to arrival. In case you have made a booking for public holidays or school holidays, cancellation has to be made 30 days prior to arrival.
- If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, the price for the first night will be retained. If a booking for public holidays or school holidays is cancelled,only 50 % of the overall costs for the entire booking period will be refunded.
